Our meeting of the Loma Topkie Property Owners' Association was held Saturday evening at Elizabeth and Jack's (Welsh) home.
All property owners were present, except Anna May; Bill and Donna Hogan joined us.
The meeting was called to order (Number 21) by our President, Don Corsette. Mildred said we had a good meeting last year. The Treasurer reported $1,523.79 dues of $450.00 received. Our current balance to date is $1996.36.
Don mentioned that next year we may want to consider increasing our dues. Mildred mentioned the "No Outlet" sign at the entrance has decreased traffic.
The question was raised about whether we wish (to have) a white line at the entrance. Bob suggested reflectors. Don asked Donna Berry to ask the city what would be available.
Mildred mentioned that the arrow at the first island needs repaired. Bob is going to check on this; also Donna Berry.
Don mentioned railroad ties are looking bad. Bob will check on this.
Don said he continued to confront the city about the Russian property; the trailer has been removed and cleaned up.
The election of officers followed the business discussion. The new officers are:
Donna Berry made a motion that dues be increased next year to $75.00. The motion passed.
A motion was made to close the meeting. Good food and fellowship followed.
