The annual meeting of Loma Topkie Property Owners Association was held on Tuesday, November 13, 1984 at the home of Lee and Olin Philips.
Those in attendance were:

George and Nilah Allen
Kel and Madge LeMaster
Elizabeth and Jack Welsh
Herb and Betty Martin
Olin read the minutes of our last annual meeting. Kel made motion that the minutes be approved as read; seconded by George Allen. Motion passed
Betty Martin stated that we have $10.10 in our savings account. Annual dues of $50.00 for each parcel were paid to the treasurer, amounting to $350.00.
Madge reported that there is a security program available through the Sheriff's office and that several precautionary measures are offered and suggested. A pamphlet from the Sheriff's office entitled "Neighborhood Watch Program" is in the secretary's file.
President Philips entertained a motion for new officers. Herb Martin suggested that we retain same officers, and made motion to this effect; seconded by Madge LeMaster. This motion passed.
The following are officers for a two-year period:There was no further business. Nilah Allen made motion that the meeting be closed; seconded by Elizabeth Welsh. Passed.
A delightful and delicious potluck dinner followed the meeting and was enjoyed by all present.
