Loma Topkie Property Owners' Association

Meeting Minutes September 3, 1982

A meeting of Loma Topkie property owners was held September 3, 1982 for the purpose of electing officers of the homeowners association.

Attending were:
Herbert Martin
Elizabeth Welsh
Kel and Madge LeMaster
George and Nilah Allen
Lee and Olin Philips
Ester and Albert Shontz were unable to attend but indicated they would support the wishes of the majority.

Elected, unopposed, were the following:

• President: Olin Philips
• Vice President: Herb Martin
• Secretary/Treasurer: Betty Martin

A new architectural committee was elected by unanimous vote. They are:

• Kel LeMaster
• Elizabeth Welsh
• George Allen

The president appointed a committee to draw up a proposal for a set of by-laws to cover functions of the association other than the enforcement of the deed restrictions.

Copies of this proposal will be sent to all lot owners at least a month before the next meeting to allow time for suggestions for additions or improvements.
