Meeting Minutes November 10, 1992

After a very nice dinner the meeting was called to order by our President, Don Corsette.

1. The minutes were read and approved.
2. It was voted to send minutes of the meeting to the members that were not present.
3. We voted to have Jack Welsh see about getting another sign for the entrance.
4. Lo Ree was elected to serve on the architectural committee.
5. Herb Martin moved to re-elect the current officers to serve in 1993. The motion was carried unanimously. Officers are:
   • President: Don Corsette
   • Vice President: Jack Welsh
   • Secretary/Treasurer: Elizabeth Welsh
6. We voted to write to Dr. Wagner about fifteen feet of his barbed wire fence that has been damaged.
7. Don Corsette will inquire about the cost of the sewer line to our houses.
8. Betty Martin moved to let the president have up to $100.00 from each resident for the maintenance of the road. Jack Welsh seconded. Motion carried.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 9:00 p.m.
